Red Fox Labs provides the Red Fox Labs Website to you based on the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all goods and Services that Red Fox Labs supplies to the Client. Including any past, present, and future orders unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
By accessing any page on this Red Fox Labs Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Red Fox Labs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the new Terms of Service without prior notice to you. 1. Definitions & Interpretations
In these Terms of Service:
Client means the relevant Party entering into the Agreement with redfoxlabs.dev.
Confidential information concerns data that a Party designates as confidential or which should be treated as confidential under the circumstances surrounding its disclosure or acquisition. Including, but is not limited to (i) information that relates to the technologies, business, and operations of either Party, including business plans or strategies, financial models, market data, operating data, engineering data, engineering designs, scientific data, trade secrets, and Client information; (ii) proprietary software, computer data, and programs; and (iii) information that is integrated, developed, or derived from either Party in the event of its receipt or exposure to other Party's confidential information.
Party means either of redfoxlabs.dev or the Client as the case may be, and Parties means both of them together. Services mean those services that Red Fox Labs has agreed to supply the Client as set out and described on the Order Form, and Service means any one of them.
Term means the duration of the Agreement, such period beginning on the effective date (as per Sub-clause 3.1 of these General Terms of Service) and ending on the date that this Agreement expires or terminates.
Red Fox Labs Website will provide you with information about select Red Fox Labs goods and services, and you will be able to send questions to Red Fox Labs.
2. Use
The Red Fox Labs Website and any support are supplied to you for your personal and non-commercial use at no cost. Any assistance you receive will be strictly educational in nature. Red Fox Labs reserves the right to make changes to the Website and to refuse to reply to any inquiries or provide any assistance in connection with the Website.
Red Fox Labs does not want to receive any confidential or proprietary information over the Website. Please note that any information or material supplied to Red Fox Labs via the Website will be deemed non-confidential, subject to Red Fox Labs' obligations under the Privacy Policy. Despite the preceding, you accept that Red Fox Labs has no control over content posted on the Website by other users and that it makes no claim to monitor the Website's content for accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance with the principles indicated in these Terms of Service.
You must not link to the Red Fox Labs Website from any obscene or improper website, and you must remove any connection immediately if Red Fox Labs asks for it. You undertake to hold Red Fox Labs and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising from a breach of this Section 2.

All conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms relating to the provision or purported provision of, failure to provide, or delay in providing any service in connection with the Red Fox Labs Website, are hereby excluded by Red Fox Labs.

Red Fox Labs is the owner of the trademark. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Without Red Fox Labs' prior written consent, you may not reproduce, disseminate, republish, or modify any materials or software found on the Red Fox Labs Website or in subsequent support.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are regulated by and construed following the laws of Ireland. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service will be resolved exclusively by the Irish courts.
